AH,M,HH type pump shaft seal can be used packing seal or centrifugal seal.Pump outlet position can be required by 45 degrees interval rotation of eight different angle installation.
AHR and MR pump flow components for rubber materials. The pump body, the pump cover and the driving part can be used with AH, L and M type pumps,Suitable for conveying fine particles and corrosive slurry.

Large diameter and short cantilever ensure the rigidity of the shaft, suitable for high-power harsh working conditions.
The hardened stainless steel shaft sleeve is matched with the shaft clearance, and the o-rings are installed at both ends to protect the shaft from wear and corrosion.
The front and back cover plates of the impeller have auxiliary blades, which can reduce back flow and reduce sealing pressure.
The pump body and cover are made of ductile iron with additional reinforcement to ensure the ability to withstand high pressure.
The through-flow parts are made of various high chromium wear-resistant alloys or rubber with different properties,It has the characteristics of abrasion resistance, corrosion resistance, impact resistance, erosion resistance and so on, greatly improving the service life of the pump.
Metal parts and rubber parts can be interchanged or mixed to adapt to different working conditions.
The impeller adopts the methods of wide flow passage and inner concave blade to improve the ability of overflow and anti-abrasion and prolong the service life.
Different impellers can be selected according to different working conditions, such as large diameter, high efficiency and so on.
The shaft seal can be in the form of packing seal, auxiliary impeller seal, mechanical seal, etc. to meet the requirements of different working conditions.
The use of thin oil lubricated bearing components can effectively reduce the bearing operating temperature, reduce the bearing temperature caused by excessive failure.
Grease lubrication components are easy to install and adjust, simple in structure, easy to maintain and reliable in operation.

Gland seal:Most popular type of seaI. Clean water at a certain pressure being injected into the packing through the lantern restrictor, preventing leakage from casing. Simple stRcture, easy maintenance and low cost,suitable for where expeller seal unsuitable.
Expeller seal:The expeller generate a reverse centrifugal force to prevents the leakage. It can be used for single-stage pump or the first pump of multiple pumps in series when the positive pressure at suction side is larger than that at discharge side by no more than 10%. No gland water is needed, the slurry will not be diluted and the sealing effect is reliable, used in where dilution of slurry is not allowed.
Mechanical seal:Suitable for applications where no extra substance is allowed to mix with the fluid being pumped,such as chemical or food industry.
